En este Despacho, Con una base de ¢68.991.466,48, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones, pero soportando RESERVAS Y RESTRICCIONES INSCRITAS BAJO CITAS 0364-00018371-01-0852-001; sáquese a remate la finca situada en la provincia LIMÓN, matrícula número 36887-000, la cual es terreno LOTE 379-22 DE AGRICULTURA CON UNA CASA. Situada en el DISTRITO MATAMA, CANTÓN LIMÓN, de la provincia de LIMÓN. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE; al SUR PIO MONTOYA; al ESTE PIO MONTOYA y al OESTE CALLE. MIDE: CIENTO SESENTA Y UN MIL SEISCIENTOS SETENTA Y TRES METROS CON CINCUENTA Y UN DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las las 8.30” del 13/4/2026.
