Situada en el DISTRITO 1-TURRIALBA, CANTÓN 5-TURRIALBA, de la provincia de CARTAGO. COLINDA: al NORTE ALAMEDA 4 CON UN FRENTE DE 8,22 METROS; al SUR ZONA COMUNAL; al ESTE RESTO y al OESTE RESTO. MIDE: CIENTO CUARENTA Y CUATRO METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas cero minutos del cinco de mayo de dos mil veintiséis.
