En la puerta exterior de este Despacho, a las DIEZ HORAS DEL VEINTIUNO DE ABRIL DE DOS MIL VEINTISÉIS (PRIMER REMATE) sáquese a remate la finca inscrita al partido de Alajuela, que según la información de Registro Nacional: se encuentra inscrita dicha finca bajo la matrícula número 402754-001-002, la cual es objeto de este asunto. La finca se describe según Registro Nacional como situada en DISTRITO 07 SABANILLA, CANTÓN 01 ALAJUELA DE LA PROVINCIA ALAJUELA; LINDEROS: NORTE: RIO POASITO Y CALLE PÚBLICA, SUR: WALTER RODRÍGUEZ CASTRO Y NEGOCIOS SUMARIOS DE PANA S.A. Y CALLE PÚBLICA, ESTE: CALLE PÚBLICA, OESTE: WALTER RODRÍGUEZ CASTRO Y NEGOCIOS SUMARIOS DE PANA S.A., MIDE: SESENTA Y OCHO MIL CIENTO OCHENTA Y SEIS METROS CON TREINTA DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS.- Se rematará soportando SERVIDUMBRE DE ACUEDUCTO CITAS: 2014-00031262-01-0002-001 y SERVIDUMBRE DE PASO CITAS: 2014-00031262-01-0003-001 y se hace saber que el plano A-0878368-2003 asociado a la finca no es conteste con la medida registral del inmueble. Se rematará con la base de CUATROCIENTOS DOCE MILLONES CIENTO CATORCE MIL NOVECIENTOS COLONES.
