En este Despacho, Con una base de veintidós millones seiscientos noventa y seis mil ciento cuatro colones con treinta y un céntimos, libre de gravámenes, pero soportando una SERVIDUMBRE DE PASO bajo citas: 047100005005-01-0002-001 y otra SERVIDUMBRE DE PASO bajo citas: 052000019056-01-0004-001; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de ALAJUELA, matrícula número 391511-000, la cual es terreno para construir.- Situada en el DISTRITO 07 Puente Piedra, CANTÓN 03 Grecia, de la provincia de ALAJUELA.
