En este Despacho, con una base de ¢7.000.000,00, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando CONDICIONES BAJO LAS CITAS 0386-00008665-01-0935-001, sáquese a remate la finca situada en la provincia Limón y titular de la matrícula número 46329-000, la cual es terreno para la AGRICULTURA y corresponde al LOTE 1-A-95, se sitúa en el distrito LIMÓN, del cantón LIMÓN, de la provincia LIMÓN, colinda al NORTE con JOSÉ AGUILAR; al SUR con el IDA y con MARIA DEL CARMEN HUNTER; al ESTE con CALLE PUBLICA; y al OESTE con el RÍO BANANO, y mide MIL CUATROCIENTOS NOVENTA METROS CON SESENTA Y TRES DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Al efecto, se señalan las 14.00” del 8/4/2026.
