En este despacho, con una base de ¢4.662.000,00, libre de gravámenes pero soportando RESERVAS Y RESTRICCIONES BAJO LAS CITAS 329-14013-01-0979-001, sáquese a remate la finca situada en la provincia LIMÓN, titular de la matrícula número 154769-000, la cual es TERRENO PARA LA AGRICULTURA, se sitúa en el distrito LIMÓN, del cantón LIMÓN, de la provincia LIMÓN, colinda al NORTE, al SUR y al OESTE, con JOSÉ JULIÁN CHACÓN PERALTA, y al ESTE, con CALLE PÚBLICA, y MIDE: CIENTO OCHENTA METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las 14.30” del 7/4/2026. De no haber postores, el segundo remate se efectuará a las 14.30” del 15/4/2026 con la base de ¢3.496.500,00 (75% de la base original) y de continuar sin oferentes, para el tercer remate se señalan las 14.30” del 23/4/2026 con la base de ¢1.165.500,00 (25% de la base original).
