En este Despacho, con una base de DOS MILLONES SEISCIENTOS MIL DIECIOCHO COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando servidumbre de paso citas: 2014-125230-01-0001-001; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de ALAJUELA, matrícula número TRESCIENTOS SESENTA Y NUEVE MIL OCHOCIENTOS SIETE-CERO CERO CERO, la cual es terreno para construir.- Situada en el DISTRITO San Rafael, CANTÓN San Ramón, de la provincia de Alajuela. COLINDA: al NORTE RESTO DE CELIO VARGAS ARCE, SUR: RESTO DE CELIO VARGAS ARCE, ESTE: SERVIDUMBRE DE PASO CON 10,00 METROS. MIDE: CIENTO SESENTA Y CINCO METROS CON SESENTA Y SEIS DECIMETROS CUADRADOS.
