Situada en el DISTRITO 01 LIMON CANTÓN 01 LIMON DE LA PROVINCIA DE LIMON. COLINDA: al NORTE ANGELO ALVAREZ; al SUR ANSELMO BROWN Y OTRO; al ESTE COBAL S.A Y SERVIDUMBRE y al OESTE ERNEST JANES. MIDE: VEINTISIETE MIL DOSCIENTOS DIECIOCHO METROS CON CUARENTA Y TRES DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas treinta minutos del seis de mayo de dos mil veintiséis.
