En este Despacho, con una base de ¢10.530.670,42, libre de gravámenes, pero con las citas registrales N°’s: 319-12938-01-0901-001 (“CONDIC Y RESERVREF: 2669 181 001”) y 353-10470-01-0001-001 (“SERVIDUMBRE SIRVIENTE”), sáquese a remate la finca situada en la provincia Limón y titular de la matrícula número 139276-000, la cual es TERRENO DE SOLAR, se sitúa en el distrito CARRANDÍ, del cantón MATINA, de la provincia LIMÓN, colinda al NORTE, con CALLE PUBLICA; al SUR, con el RÍO TORO; y al ESTE y al OESTE con DAVID AVELLÁN GONZÁLEZ, y mide mil doscientos siete metros cuadrados. Para tal efecto, se señalan las 14:30” del 2/6/2026.
