Situada en el DISTRITO BATAN, CANTÓN MATINA, de la provincia de Limón. COLINDA: al NORTE JUANA DEL CARMEN GARCIA CHAVES; al SUR JUANA DEL CARMEN GARCIA CHAVES; al ESTE JORGE GÓMEZ GUTIÉRREZ y al OESTE JUANA DEL CARMEN GARCIA CHAVES Y SERVIDUMBRE DE PASO.MIDE: tres mil novecientos diecinueve METROS CUADRADOS.
