En este Despacho, Con una base de VEINTINUEVE MILLONES NOVECIENTOS MIL COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de Cartago, matrícula número 172753, derecho 012 y 013, la cual es terreno TERRENO PARA CONSTRUIR LOTE J-56.- Situada en el DISTRITO 5-AGUACALIENTE (SAN FRANCISC, CANTÓN 1-CARTAGO, de la provincia de Cartago.- COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE 55; al SUR LOTE 57; al ESTE ALAMEDA DIECINUEVE CON 6 METROS y al OESTE LOTE 75.- MIDE: noventa y seis METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las quince horas treinta minutos del cuatro de marzo de dos mil veintiséis.
