En este Despacho, con una base de DIECIOCHO MILLONES QUINIENTOS MIL COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando CONDICIONES CITAS: 355-16711-01-0815-003; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de Limón, matrícula número noventa y siete mil seiscientos catorce, derecho cero cero cero, la cual es terreno PARA CONSTRUIR. Situada en el DISTRITO 2-PACUARITO, CANTÓN 3-SIQUIRRES, de la provincia de 7 LIMON. COLINDA: al NORTE JORGE EVELIO HERNANDEZ CORRALES; al SUR RESTO DE ALBERT NATHANIEL DAVIDS DAVIDS; al ESTE JORGE EVELIO HERNANDEZ CORRALES y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA.
