Situada en el DISTRITO 3-DANIEL FLORES, CANTÓN 19-PEREZ ZELEDON, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE SERVIDUMBRE DE PASO; al SUR BERTILIO MATA ACUÑA; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE ZAIRA BARRANTES NAVARRO. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS UN METROS CON SESENTA Y OCHO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS PLANO: SJ- 0525167-1998. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas treinta minutos del veintiocho de abril de dos mil veintiséis.
