Situada en el DISTRITO 2-COT, CANTÓN 7-OREAMUNO, de la provincia de Cartago. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA; al SUR ANTONIO HERNANDEZ Y JOHEL MONGE; al ESTE CLODOMIRO ROJAS y al OESTE FABIO FERNANDO JIMENEZ ARIAS. MIDE: trescientos veinticuatro METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cero minutos del diez de agosto de dos mil veintiséis.
