En la puerta exterior de este despacho, con la base de VEINTE MILLONES DE COLONES, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios pero soportando RESERVAS DE LEY DE AGUAS Y LEY DE CAMINOS PÚBLICOS, citas 483-11925-01-0004-001, en el mejor postor se rematará la finca inscrita en el Registro Nacional, partido de LIMÓN, matrícula número 188826-000, naturaleza AGRICULTURA, situada en el distrito tercero LA RITA, cantón segundo POCOCÍ, provincia de LIMÓN. La finca se encuentra en zona catastrada. Linda al norte con Isabel Salas Guzmán y Gerardo Ugalde Jiménez, Anderina Badilla Ugalde y Karol Dayana Badilla Ugalde, todos en parte; al sur con calle pública con un frente de ciento veintiún metros con cincuenta y seis centímetros; al este con J D & S.A. del Caribe Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada; y al oeste con J D & S.A. del Caribe Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada.
