En este Despacho, Con una base de DOS MILLONES SEISCIENTOS SESENTA Y OCHO MIL QUINIENTOS COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando RESERVAS DE LEY DE AGUAS Y LEY DE CAMINOS PUBLICOS CITAS: 303-01748-01-0005-001; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de SAN JOSÉ (1), matrícula número 746098 001 y 002, derecho 001 y 002, la cual es terreno SOLAR. Situada en el DISTRITO 3-SAN JUAN DE MATA, CANTÓN 16-TURRUBARES, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ (1). COLINDA: al NORTE LUIS FERNANDO AGÜERO AGUERO; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA; al ESTE LUIS FERNANDO AGÜERO AGUERO y al OESTE EDUARDO ARTURO PRADO CORRALES. MIDE: CIENTO SETENTA METROS CUADRADOS.
