Situada en el DISTRITO CARRANDI, CANTÓN MATINA, de la provincia de LIMÓN. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA; al SUR BANANERA CHIRRIPO S.A.; al ESTE DENIA GOMEZ BONILLA y al OESTE HILARIO CHAVARRIA GOMEZ. MIDE: QUINIENTOS CINCUENTA Y UN METROS CON OCHENTA Y CINCO DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las 10.30 del 18/11/2026.
