Situada en el DISTRITO 5-GUACIMA, CANTÓN 1-ALAJUELA, de la provincia de Alajuela. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE-7; al SUR LOTE-9; al ESTE CALLE y al OESTE ERNESTO DELGADO BRENES, ORLANDO RIVERA MORA, CESAR JIMENEZ SALAS, ENRIQUE MALAQUIAS ARAYA. PLANO: A-0713445-2001 METROS CUADRADOS.
